Basilica of Santa Croce One of the largest churches in Florence, the Basilica of Santa Croce was originally designed by Arnolfo diCambio in 1294, but wasn't actually consecrated until 1443. The three-gabled facade dates back to the 19th century, as does the campanile, both in gothic style. |
